Because 10 just wasn't enough, Food Network write Jackie Alpers has more than tripled the size of her list of Tucson's must-try Mexican-Inspired dishes.

Several years ago, Food Network's website published Alpers story and photos, "Welcome to Tucson: 10 Must-Try Mexican-Inspired Dishes."

At Foot Network's request, Alpers expanded the list in March to 35 not-to-be-missed meals that are great examples of Tucson's "unique regional cuisine."

There's something for everyone on this list with more than two dozen new entries, including Totchos from May's Counter, Poco and Mom's chorizo and eggs and Lucky Wishbone's fried chicken gizzard dinner.

Check it out here. And if you weren't already hungry, get ready to start thinking about lunch.
