Fourth Avenue. Art. December.

Sounds a lot like the Fourth Avenue Winter Street Fair — but it’s not.

The Pop-Up Holiday Emporium takes place Dec. 5-6 — a week before the fair — but still on North Fourth Avenue, though.

The new event offers a chance to shop pieces from local artists, everything from jewelry to metal work and smaller gift items, too, like cards and tchotchkes, said organizer Tana Kelch.

Contemporary artist Liz Vaughn will have paintings for sale as well as Michelle Spanyard‘s hand-crafted jewelry.

Expect a diverse selection to cover all price ranges.

“Come to Fourth avenue, enjoy the businesses, have lunch, have a cocktail and do some shopping, too,” Kelch said.
