Gabe Grateron, co-owner of The Underestimated City, 402 N.4th Ave., models the 1970s-era Tuffy the Toro mascot head for sale on May 30, 2018, in Tucson, Ariz. The Tucson brand has launched a line of retro Tucson Toros gear and recently unearthed three original Tuffy heads.
