Saint Francis in the Foothills United Methodist Church, 4625 E. River Road, and the Pima County Interfaith Civic Education Organization will present a panel on the impact of dark money on education, voting and poverty 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 11.

Panelists include political science professor John Garcia, state Rep. Bruce Wheeler and executive director of the Citizens Clean Elections Commission Tom Collins, according to press materials.
