Town house of the Thomas L. Hollands in Skyline Bel Air Estates is constructed of concrete block with pecky cypress trim. Ornamental block encloses the entrance courtyard. Second floor is devoted to the master bedroom suite. Arched windows point up the Mediterranean styling of the home.

This circular stairway leads to the master bedroom suite of the home. Light fixture, Mediterranean in style, has a crystal guard over candelabra. Large bell pulls of velvet and tapestry frame the staircase and window. At right is a fleur de lis panel in bronze gold.

Tones of avocado and silver green predominate in the living room. This wall is covered in an imported grass cloth paper in beige and cedar tones with a hint of green. Net draperies over sun liners are in the same hues.

Patio to the south has a grassed and outside dining area. Horse at right is handcrafted adobe. Stone benches flank the barbecue grill at left. Cushions on the white wrought iron chairs are in bright blues and greens on a white background.

An imported mural from Greece is used on the dining room wall and picks up the green tones of the living and dining areas. A reproduction of "The Cathedral" is seen above the Baldwin theater organ at left.

Master bedroom furniture is in a Chinese teakwood. Recessed area for the oblong dresser is completely mirrored. An Oriental screen on wall above bed is in gold leaf. Draperies and quilted bed coverlet are in a matching gold slub silk shantung.

A Chinoiserie design decorates the hand made Oriental cabinet which houses television at this end of the master bedroom. Floral pattern in the chair picks up the tones of bittersweet and green in the ming tree on the table.
