A man who was struck and killed Saturday night in a hit-and-run was lying down on the road just before the crash, Tucson police say.
Dominic Pablo Narcho, 42, was fatally struck about 8:30 p.m. when witnesses say he walked onto West Speedway at North Stone Avenue and lied down in the eastbound median lane of traffic, Tucson police said in a news release.
Police continue to search for the driver who fled after the crash.
