The ballot measure to require citizen-initiated ballot measures to be limited to single subjectsΒ is passing with 55% voter approval,Β according to early results from the Arizona Secretary of Stateβs office.
If passed, Proposition 129Β would amend Arizonaβs constitution to require ballot initiatives to cover a single subject thatβs stated in the initiativeβs title.
Any provision in a measure thatβs not expressed in its title would be considered void.
