Robert Ritchie, 62, was found dead in the backyard of a house on Tucsonโs north sideย last month, but police have been unable to find his relatives.
This week the department asked for help from the public in helping find Ritchieโs family and for tips into his killing.
About 7 p.m. June 27, officers found Ritchieโs body in the yard of a house in the 3900 block of East Kleindale Road, near North Alvernon Way and East Fort Lowell Road. Police said at the time there were โsigns of traumaโ but have released no more details.
The investigation into Ritchieโs killing is ongoing, Sgt. Kimberly Bay said in a news release.
