A skull found in March near Tucson's A-Mountain are additional remains from a missing woman in a 2023 case, the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner has determined.
Remains of Terrassa Jo Fletcher-Bristol were initially found on the mountain, also called Sentinel Peak, in 2023. However, some remains were missing, apparently scattered by animals.
On March 20, a passer-by found a skull that OME has been able to link back to the woman.
The initial discovery of Fletcher-Bristol's remains occurred in December 2023, days before Fletcher-Bristol's 38th birthday.
Her cause of death remans undetermined, according to medical examiner reports.
