A crash involving a motorcyclist and vehicle closed down a northwest-side intersection on Thursday.

Tucson police said the crash happened near North Stone Avenue and West Prince Road. The motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital, police said.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
