Mission Garden: The Arizona Society of the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America will present the 2023-24 American Heritage Award to Mission Garden for its exemplary support for American Heritage in April at Mission Garden’s annual Agave Heritage Festival.
Mission Garden is a living agricultural museum of Sonoran Desert-adapted heritage fruit trees, traditional local heirloom crops and edible native plants. The Garden is managed by the nonprofit Friends of Tucson’s Birthplace.
Cushman & Wakefield PICOR: Cushman & Wakefield PICOR recognized its top producers and exceptional team members for 2023.
Receiving leadership awards were Rob Tomlinson, who took home the President’s Award for Excellence, and Joey Martinez, who earned the Peter H. Douglas Heart & Soul Award.
In the brokerage awards category, the winner’s circle was comprised of: No. 1 producer Allan Mendelsberg for multifamily, the No. 2 producer Steve Cohen for industrial and the No. 3 producer Rob Glaser for industrial.
The top producers by specialty were Steve Cohen (industrial), Dave Hammack (retail), Richard M. Kleiner (office/medical) and Allan Mendelsberg (multifamily).
For the property management category, the manager of the year was Alexis Ryland. The most valuable player was Bill Brightmore. Receiving the tenant relations award was Ron Arrieta.
Kendall Hart was named the admin employee of the year in the admin/resource team category.
