Chrisie Ballard: Tucson business leader Chrisie Ballard has been chosen from among more than 100,000 U.S. volunteers as one of 11 recipients of Junior Achievement’s Gold Leadership Award.
The award recognizes volunteer leadership in supporting and expanding Junior Achievement’s student impact, resources, operational excellence and sustainability.
Ballard joined the Junior Achievement of Arizona – Southern District Board of Directors in 2010. She has recruited dozens of volunteers, has been willing to mentor and grow new board members and has been an energetic volunteer in the classroom.
Step Up to Justice: Thirteen Step Up to Justice volunteer attorneys have been honored by the Arizona Bar Foundation on their 2024 list of Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona.
