A children’s resale store will pop up for four days inside a former Bed Bath & Beyond space on Tucson’s northwest side.

Just Between Friends leased 33,630 square feet of space in the building at Oracle Plaza, 6310 N. Oracle Road, near Orange Grove Road, from Oracle Plaza LLC.

Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Just Between Friends will hold a consignment sale Wednesday, July 24, through Saturday, July 27.

Merchandise is all about kids, from clothing to toys, strollers, books and games.

Prices are billed as 50 to 90% below new retail prices.

Hours will be different all four days, and the schedule can be viewed at nwtucson.jbfsale.com

Tickets are required for admission, with varying prices, and can be obtained at the same website.

Ideal Ranch Holding LLC bought 43,560 square feet of land at 8210 S. Nogales Hwy. from Diane Mundy for $835,000. The site was previously home to Quality Pottery, which will continue to operate Pottery Fiesta at 16181 N. Oracle Road. Jeramy Price, with Volk Co., represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Paul Hooker, with Picor.

Southern Arizona Spirit Squad bought 5,222 square feet of retail space at 2410 N. Huachuca Drive, near Grant Road and Dragoon Street, from Bigweld LLC for $815,000. Natalie Furrier, with Picor, represented the buyer. Dave Volk, with Volk Co., represented the seller.

Tucson-Valencia Take Five LLC bought 34,604 square feet of land at 1511 W. Valencia Road from OTB–MIDVALE & VALENCIA LLC for $750,000. Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented the seller.

Tucson Muay Thai & Mixed Martial Arts LLC leased 3,040 square feet at 7223 E. Golf Links Road from 26 Palms Delaware and Sierra Industrial Park Delaware LLC. Andreas Castillo, Joey Castillo and Jeramy Price, with Volk Co., represented the landlord.
