An indoor soccer venue is coming to Tucson’s north side.
Tucson Soccer Center leased 13,717 square feet at the Ina-10 Flex Center, currently undergoing remodeling at 7051 N. Camino Martin.
The Ina-10 Flex Center is the redevelopment of the former Bedroxx Bowling Alley that closed in 2020.
Tucson Soccer Center is an indoor soccer sports facility that will also have a full-service bar.
The center will host 5v5 soccer games, where each team has four players and one goalie who play on a 50-by-75-foot field with walls. Each half is 24 minutes.

Another tenant, doggie day care Hounds Town, has also leased space within the Ina-10 Flex Center and will open when remodel work is complete later this year.
Larsen Baker bought the 3.69-acre site last year to redevelop it.
Its broker Isaac Figueroa represented the landlord and Andreas Castillo, with Volk Co., represented the tenant.

Longview Insurance & Investments LLC leased 1,815 square feet at Cambric Corporate Center, 1820 E. River Road. Phil Skillings and Kyle Kilgore, with NAI Horizon, handled the transaction.
Arizona Yogurt Inc., doing business as Pinkberry, leased 1,363 square feet at the Rancho Center, 3400 E. Speedway. Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker, handled the transaction.
A&M Personnel Services LTD leased 1,260 square feet at Dorado Park Office Plaza, 1611 N. Wilmot Road. Ana Aguilar, with Volk Co., represented the tenant. Phil Skillings and Kyle Kilgore, with NAI Horizon, represented the landlord.
