A vegan cinnamon roll bakery is opening its doors in Tucson this week.

Cinnaholic, a Berkeley, California, franchise, has more than 100 shops across the country.

Cinnaholic will open its vegan bakery in Tucson May 17 at 245 S. Wilmot Road.

The location at 245 S. Wilmot Road, near Broadway, will be the first in Tucson, run by local operators Elijah Myers and Katarina Macias.

β€œWe are thrilled to introduce Cinnaholic to the Tucson community,” Myers said. β€œWith its fresh vegan ingredients and fully customizable options, there is nothing like it.”

Cinnaholic vegan cinnamon rolls include toppings such as smores, cookie dough, fruit and nuts.

The cinnamon rolls can be topped with items such as as cookie dough, smores, fruit or nuts, and there are 20-plus frosting flavors and topping options.

Cinnaholic will open Friday, May 17, with rolls on sale for $2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Aside from their cinnamon rolls, other treats include cookies, brownies and customized cinnamon roll cakes called β€œCinnacakes.”

Cinnaholic also offers catering for events such as weddings, conferences and conventions.

The Chroma building at 3232-3248 E. Speedway, home to Athletico, was bought by Habib Holdings LLC for $2.8 million for use as the Liver Institute in half of the building. The seller, Chroma Speedway Investors LLC, an affiliate of Larsen Baker, was represented by Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker.

Closest to the Pin Investments LLC bought the six-unit apartment complex at 2118 N. Ralph Ave. from Taylor Susan Lee and Michael Jeffrey for $850,000. C. Joey Martinez and Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, handled the sale.

Valencia DevCo LLC bought 4.30 acres of industrial land at 6970 E. Valencia Road from Valencia Socios LLC for $400,000. Jesse Blum and Bryce Horner, with Picor, represented both parties.

Solari Inc., a crisis consulting company, leased 3,967 square feet at the Williams Centre, 5210 E. Williams Circle. Jerry Noble, with Cushman & Wakefield – Phoenix, represented the tenant and Phil Skillings, with NAI Horizon, represented the landlord.

Spectrum of Joy Inc., a school specializing in autism, leased 2,132 square feet at Wilmot Professional Plaza, 6298 E. Grant Road. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.

The Legends Residential Care LLC leased 1,964 square feet of office space at Old Spanish Trail Plaza, 1020 S. Harrison Road, from BSH Investments LLC/Hazen Enterprises. Jason Shaltiel, with Picor, represented the tenant and Bruce Suppes, with CBRE, represented the landlord.
