A local Korean-style fried chicken restaurant that started in a food court will open in a freestanding location this fall.
Oh My Chicken has signed a lease for 1,672 square feet at 2745 N. Campbell Ave., on the southwest corner of Campbell and Glenn Road.
Oh My Chicken serves Korean style fried chicken, corn dogs and rice bowls. This will be the restaurant’s second location.
Its first location is in the Park Place mall food court and the new spot is expected to open in November.
Craig Finfrock, of Commercial Retail Advisors, represented the landlord, Zeta Partnership, and the tenant.

Larsen Baker, through its affiliate Commerce Center Developers LLC, and Volk Co., through its affiliate Commerce People LLC, bought the 135,760-square-foot industrial/flex building on 15 acres at 2700 and 2800 E. Commerce Center Place for $9.2 million. Intuit will continue to occupy 70,000 square feet, and 65,000 square feet is available for lease, which can be split into smaller spaces.
Box’d Market LLC leased 7,000 square feet at the Ina-10 Flex Center, 7061 N. Camino Martin. Box’d Market is a warehouse wholesaler of new furniture, patio, bedding and home décor. There is now 2,500 square feet of space left at the redevelopment site, formerly Bedroxx Bowling Alley. Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker, represented the landlord and Bertha Carabajal, of Rio Nuevo Realty, represented the tenant.
Mark Sublette Medicine Man Gallery leased 3,200 square feet of retail space at Ventana Village Shopping Center, 6866 E. Sunrise Drive, from EREP Ventana II LLC. Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented the landlord and Lynn Taylor, with Whirlygig Properties LLC, represented the tenant.
Balanced Aesthetics Tucson LLC., leased 2,324 square feet of office space at 1790 E. River Road from WCCP Copper Point LLC, SOD Investments II LLC, and PVP Cambric LLC. Hank Amos, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the tenant and Philip Skillings, of NAI Horizon, represented the landlord.
