More than 70 restored vehicles plus some that have been featured on movie sets will relocate to a new space in Tucson’s Catalina Foothills this fall.

A local car museum is moving into new digs.

Gould Family Properties VII LLC bought the former Hidden Valley Inn at 4825

N. Sabino Canyon Road for $2.7 million.

Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the seller in the sale of the 25,675-square-foot property.

The new owner will be leasing the space to Tucson Auto Museum, which will be relocating.

The museum has a collection of over 70 restored vehicles, including a 1929 Duesenberg Model J, a 1948 Kurtis-Omohundro Comet, a 1957 Dual-Ghia, plus cars used on the sets of Batman, Charlie’s Angels, and Mannix.

The museum also features nostalgic automobilia such as signs and gas pumps from yesteryear. The museum operates as a nonprofit organization, dedicated to preserving rare classic cars.

Its current location, a 21,518-square-foot facility at 990 S. Cherry Ave., is available for sale upon vacancy.

Pyramid Federal Credit Union leased 3,000 square feet at Tucson Spectrum, 1183 W. Irvington Road. Ben Craney and Jayme Fabe, with NAI Horizon, represented the landlord and Nancy McClure, with CBRE, represented the tenant.

Priapus Enterprises LLC, doing business as Gameday, leased 2,743 square feet at the Williams Centre, 5210 E. Williams Circle. Phil Skillings and Kyle Kilgore, with NAI Horizon, handled with lease.

Starbucks Corp. leased a future freestanding 2,200-square-foot drive-thru building at Wilmot Place, on the southwest corner of Broadway and Wilmot Road, from DSW IREF. Natalie Furrier, Greg Furrier and Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented both parties.

U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Command leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at Marketplace On Broadway, 1800 E. Broadway, from Broadway Tucson Investors LLC. Rob Tomlinson, Greg Furrier and Natalie Furrier, with Picor, handled the lease.

Azorna Healthcare Tucson LLC leased 1,507 square feet of office space at Ina Corporate Center, 3275 W. Ina Road, from CALDOR Investments of Arizona LLC. Thomas J. Nieman, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Oasis Nutrition leased 1,130 square feet at Entrada de Oro Plaza, 7881 N. Oracle Road. Dave Dutson, with NAI Horizon, handled the transaction.

A large equestrian center and luxury home are on the market for $4 million with a potential for buyer to continue running the lucrative horse boarding business or to scrap the 18 acres and sell the property to developers to build houses.
