St. Mary’s Village Center will soon be home to Hungry Howie’s Pizza and Yoli Botanica.

Two new tenants coming to St. Mary’s Village Center, on the city’s west side, bring the shopping strip to full occupancy.

Yolia Botanica leased 1,200 square feet in the plaza, 1301 W. St. Mary’s Road, between Silverbell Road and Grande Avenue.

The shop will sell spiritual and wellness products, as well as offer spiritual cleansings by appointment.

Hungry Howie’s Pizza leased 1,200 square feet in the former Papa John’s space at the center.

The Michigan chain specializes in flavored crusts, such as asiago cheese, Cajun and garlic herb. The shop is expected to open in the fall.

The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa. Yesenia Tracy, of YMT Realty, represented Yolia Botanica; and Gail Brown, with Avison Young, represented Hungry Howie’s.

Other local commercial activity includes:

  • Hawaiian Bros., a 4,520-square-foot property at 203 S. Wilmot Road was sold to investors for $3.9 million. Mark Ruble, Chris Land and Zach House, with Marcus & Millichap, handled the sale.
  • Sunflower Properties AZ LLC bought the 10-unit Coronado Heights Apartments at 3035-3053 N. Los Altos Ave., from Trusted Circle 4 Realty LLC for $1 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented both parties.

Rehoboth Gospel Services

  • Inc. bought 5,239 square feet of space at 712 S. Wilmot Road from Fellowship Baptist Church of Tucson Inc. for $912,100. Rob Tomlinson, with Picor, represented the seller and Brian Forbes, with Keller Williams Southern Arizona, represented the buyer.
  • Tara Alexander and Shawn Alexander bought a 5,222-square-foot building on 17,515 square feet of land at 2410 N. Huachuca Drive from BigWeld LLC for $815,000. Dave Volk, with Volk Co., represented the seller and Natalie Furrier, with Picor, represented the buyers.

LeChic Transport & Limo Services

  • LLC bought a 1,075-square-foot building on 9,625 square feet of land at 5716 E. 22nd St., from Keith Regina and Anna Regina for $310,000. Joey Castillo, with Volk Co., represented the buyer and Justin Lemar, with Real Brokerage, represented the sellers.
  • Bonanza Deals LLC, a retail liquidation store expected to open in the fall, leased 7,000 square feet in Rolling Hills Shopping Center, on the southwest corner of Golf Links and Kolb roads. Andreas Castillo, Joey Castillo, and Jeramy Price, with Volk Co., represented the landlord, MROF I SPE I-Rolling Hills II LLC.
