Sol Block

Developer Larsen Baker , who redeveloped the historic Solot Plaza along the Sunshine Mile on Broadway, has only one spot available in the project.

Larsen Baker is close to filling up its renovation project, Sol Block, along the Sunshine Mile on Broadway.

Neptune Up leased 814 square feet for a health consultation office offering gravity colon hydrotherapy, nutrition, detox and juice cleansing consultation services.

A salon, Lemonails, leased 975 square feet; Pints LLC leased 1,100 square feet for an office; The Scented Leaf leased 1,668 square feet for a teahouse; and How Sweet It Was Vintage leased 1,402 square feet for a vintage clothing shop.

In addition, Revolve Cycling leased 3,149 square feet for a cycling spin studio also offering yoga; Finch Kids leased 1,305 square feet for a children’s retail boutique; and Sunny Days Gifts, Décor & More leased 1,100 square feet to sell gifts, art and posters.

The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.

Jeff Ell, from Exp Realty, assisted with representing the landlord on the Revolve and Neptune Up transactions. Eddie Rodriguez, of Copper Mountain Realty, represented Scented Leaf. All other tenants were self-represented.

There is now one 1,600-square-foot space left at the Sol Block project, 2609 E. Broadway.

The project was recently awarded a Metropolitan Pima Alliance 2024 Common Ground Award.

Tenants are expected to start moving in this fall.

Desert Village Therapy Center

  • LCC leased 4,017 square feet of office space at 5524 E. Fourth St., from 5524 E. 4th St LLC. Ryan McGregor, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Truland Burgers & Greens

  • is opening a second restaurant in the Tucson area. The burger and salad eatery is a combo of the local restaurateurs two other shops, Choice Greens and Graze burgers. Truland at Crossroads LLC leased the 3,900-square-foot restaurant space formerly occupied by Panera Breads at Crossroads Festival Shopping Center, on the corner of Grant and Swan roads. They plan an indoor dining area, bar, pet-friendly patio seating and are expected to open later this year. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa.

Desert Sky Designs

  • , specializing in interior design, leased 2,544 square feet at Ina-10 Flex Center, 7061 N. Camino Martin. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker Isaac Figueroa and Max Fisher, of BRD Realty LLC, represented the tenant.

All In The Family LLC

  • leased 1,526 square feet of office space at The Smart Building, 1661 N. Swan Road, from DHS Property Investments Ltd. Partnership. Thomas J. Nieman, Ryan McGregor and Molly Gilbert, with Picor, handled the lease.

Construction continues on the former Solot Plaza, now known as Sol Block along East Broadway Boulevard on May 1. Local developer Larsen Baker was chosen by Rio Nuevo to redevelop the area and has had great success recruiting tenants to the future complex.
