Pueblo Vida Brewing Company

At Pueblo Vida Brewing Company, 115 E. Broadway Blvd., beer is brewed on site with ingredients such as white wheat and barley.

A downtown Tucson brewery is expanding after buying a neighboring property.

Pueblo Vida Brewing Co. bought the 2,638-square-foot building at 40 S. Arizona Ave., from RSVP Franklin Partners LLC for $300,000.

The seller was represented by Heather Baron and Mike Stilk, of MAS Real Estate Services, and the buyer was represented by Anne Peters and Curt Stinson, with Engel & Volkers.

The brewery’s existing taproom at 115 E. Broadway Blvd. opened in 2014 in a 1918 building.

It carries more than a dozen beers, including a Wildcat Amber lager, licensed by the University of Arizona.

Several local bars and restaurants serve the brewery’s beers.

Plans for the expansion’s opening have not yet been announced.
