Winterhaven residents are hanging lights in trees and crews from Tucson Electric Power are taking to the air with bucket trucks to prepaure for the 68th annual Festival of Lights. This year's festival runs Dec. 9-26 from 6-10 p.m.

TEP is the title sponsor and donated more than 200 strings of new energy efficient LED lights. The festival runs nightly Dec. 9-26 from 6-10 p.m.
