A former Amazon Flex driver has been accused of accepting packages to deliver, but keeping them for himself instead, according to Pima County Justice Court records.
Joshua Cramer, 31, was working for Amazon delivering packages to the Tucson area in December when he picked up 43 packages from the Amazon warehouse. Amazon’s GPS application allegedly showed Cramer receiving the packages, but the items were never delivered to the intended residences, or returned, the complaint says.
Cramer left his job at Amazon shorty after the alleged thefts.
Police were contacted about the incident and on Feb. 11, 2025 Cramer was questioned. He denied stealing any packages.
He was charged with five counts of felony theft for allegedly stealing 43 packages containing 88 items for a total loss of $2,490, the complaint says.
