Adriel Guevara Enriquez.

A three-year fugitive investigation has come to a close after the suspect was arrested in Mexico on Thursday.

On Sept. 29, the U.S. Marshal’s Service apprehended Adriel Guevara Enriquez in Mexico. Enriquez was extradited and booked into the Pima County jail.

Enriquez was charged on suspicion of two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, stemming from a 2019 investigation, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department said in a news release.

The sheriff’s department along with the Pima County Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Marshal’s Service worked together on the three-year investigation.
