The Pima County Sheriff's Department has asked for the public's help in finding a dark-colored Toyota pickup truck investigators say could be linked to a deadly shooting Thursday near East Drexel and South Country Club roads.

Investigators are searching for a pickup truck they say could be linked to a fatal shooting Thursday on the city's south side.

About 12:30 p.m., deputies were called to a crash in the 3200 block of East Wyatt Street, near East Drexel and South Country Club roads, the Pima County Sheriff's Department said in a news release.

Instead, deputies found the driver, Marcus Anthony Javier, 34, with gunshot wounds, the release said. He died at the hospital.

Investigators are searching for a newer-model, black or gray Toyota Tacoma that could be linked to the shooting, the release said.
