Four men were arrested and several weapons were seized late last month after a report they were pointing guns at passing cars outside of a smoke shop, Tucson police said Thursday on social media.
On May 28, officers went to a smoke shop on Tucson’s east side after caller said five men were standing outside pointing guns at cars. The men went back inside the smoke shop when officers arrived, police said on Facebook.
Police searched the smoke shop and found: three pistols with (extended magazines); one pistol with an automatic “Glock Switch;” three AR-15 pistols (including one that was illegally modified); and one AK-47 pistol, the Facebook post read.
Four unidentified men were arrested on suspicion of prohibited gun possession, police said.
