A 30-year-old Benson man was shot and killed Saturday evening during a fight, authorities say.
Christian D. Bennett was shot about 5 p.m. Saturday when an argument escalated into a fight, police said. Bennett died on the way to the hospital, Benson police said in a news release.
Austin D. Kyes, 20, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder. He was booked into the Cochise County jail on $1 million bond, the release said.
