A 77-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder in a fatal road-rage shooting late Thursday afternoon on Tucson's southwest side, authorities say.
About 4:20 p.m., deputies responding to a reported road rage incident near West Ajo Highway and South Kinney Road found Martin Bloom wounded with a gunshot, the Pima County Sheriff's Department said Friday in a news release.
Bloom, 56, died later at the hospital.
The alleged shooter drove off before deputies arrived, the release said.
Soon after, Robert Ryan was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder.
The investigation continues.
