A Tucson man has been arrested on suspicion of stealing scratch-off lottery tickets and cigarettes from a convenience store, Oro Valley police said Wednesday in a news release.
Kristopher Evan Walden, 45, is accused of jumping over the Oro Valley store's counter in late September and making off with a pile of scratch-off tickets and cigarettes, the release said.
Walden was arrested and booked into the Pima County jail on suspicion of third-degree burglary, trafficking in stolen property and involvement in fraud schemes, the release said.
