Tucson police are investigation the fatal shooting of a man found in a car Saturday in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
Officers answering a call about gunfire about 6:30 p.m. Saturday found the mortally wounded man in a car parked in the 300 block of East Mohave Road, between North Stone and North First avenues, police said in a news release.
Despite lifesaving efforts, Devon French, 29, died at the scene, police said.
Investigators are still trying to determine what led to the shooting. Any one with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME, the anonymous tip line.
