Two pedestrians were struck on North Alvernon Way, north of East Grant Road Friday night.
Alvernon is closed between East Glenn and East Flower streets, said Sgt. Kimberly Bay of Tucson Police Department.
The crash resulted in serious injuries, said Bay.
Motorists were advised to use alternate routes.
No further information was immediately available.
