A 44-year-old man died in an early morning mobile home fire, when he was unable to escape from the residence, authorities said.
Pima County Sheriff's deputies responded to the fire at, located in area of Aerospace Parkway and South Nogales Highway, at about 5:45 a.m.,ย said Deputy Ryan Inglett, a department spokesman.
Upon arrival, they were told that one of the residents wasn't able to make it out of the house, and Alberto SantaCruz Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene.ย
The cause of the fire is under investigation, but it's believed to be accidental, Inglett said.
