Tucson police were investigating a second shooting on Tucson's south side Wednesday evening.
Officers were on scene in the 700 block of West Aviation Drive, which is south of West Ajo Way and east of South 16th Avenue, said Sgt. Pete Dugan, a Tucson Police Department spokesman, in a tweet.
Neighborhood streets were shut down, and motorists were advised to avoid the area, said Dugan about 5 p.m. Two hours earlier, officers responded to a shooting in the 5700 block of South 12th Avenue.
Anyone with information about the shooting on Aviation Drive is asked to call 911.
No further information was immediately available.
