Drivers on Interstate 10 should prepare for intermittent closures near Palo Verde Road on Sunday.
The area between Alvernon Way and Palo Verde will be closed for 15-minute intervals on Sunday, Jan. 24, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. to conduct overhead utility work.
The stops are not expected to last longer than 15 minutes at a time.
Drivers should plan ahead to allow extra travel time.
