A man was struck and injured when he was struck by a Union Pacific train that was traveling through Marana Thursday evening, authorities say.
The incident occurred about 6 p.m. near Ina and Interstate 10, Union Pacific reported.
The unidentified man was taken to the hospital but his condition was not known Friday, Union Pacific officials said.
No one on the train crew was injured.
Union Pacific authorities said the incident remains under investigation.
