Police are investigating a fatal shooting Tuesday evening at a home in Sahuarita, authorities said.
Officers went to the house for an "unknown emergency" about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. They found a gunshot victim inside the house, a news release said.
Officers rendered first aid but the person died.
The investigation is ongoing.
