Voters across southern Arizona’s 7th Congressional District today are choosing a successor to the late Raúl Grijalva, who represented the state for more than two decades in Congress. His daughter, Democrat Adelita Grijalva, is facing off against Republican Daniel Butierez.
For Star subscribers: The ruling clears the way for two abortion doctors and the Arizona Medical Association to pursue their claim that a voter-approved ballot measure means the state can no longer enforce a trio of abortion limits.
The bodies were found about 11 p.m. by deputies checking on an abandoned vehicle near Arizona 86 and West Hermans Road, southwest of Tucson.
