A 27-year-old man died this week after after being shot more than a week ago at a house on Tucson's southeast side, police say.
About 3:30 p.m. Aug. 17, police found Aiden Juwan Lopes wounded in the backyard of a home in the 3900 block of South Winter Palm Drive, near East Escalante and South Prudence roads, Tucson police said in a news release.
Lopes died days later at the hospital, the release said.
The investigation continues.
