Travis Ramirez hosted a candlelight vigil April 5, 2017 at the downtown Joel D. Valdez Main Library for Isabel Celis who disappeared in 2012. Her remains were found last month, said Tucson Police Chief Chris Magnus. (Video by reporter Carmen Duarte/Arizona Daily Star.)
