Flags for the Flagless at Handmaker

Tucson Police Department Officer Charles Foley, co-founder of Flags for the Flagless, explains the work the nonprofit organization does in raising flags across the community. On March 25, 2016, Flags for the Flagless raised the American flag at Handmaker in central Tucson.
