My name is Phil Harshaw from Western Australia. I had been told by some people in the States 'that their was a place called Harshaw. I have only just taken the time to search the web and saw this story from three years ago.

I enjoyed reading about a man called Harshaw who found a way to make a mark in what seems to have been a very hard existence in early pioneering days, in a remote and often hostile location & inhabitants of such places, including being so close to the Mexican border in those years.

I would really be interested to visit there, I hope soon.

Would very much like to hear about 'stories of bandit's or old tales of life in Harshaw, as i am sure that with Wells Fargo shipments of Silver on a regular basis, their must be some interesting tales from Wells Fargo records, or old Town or Mining records ?

Anyway, loved the short story on the existence 'still' of Harshaw Arizona.

Warm Regards, Phil. Harshaw.
