Arizona officially announced the addition of four new support staff members for the Wildcats football program on Monday: general manager Gaizka Crowley, director of scouting Fletcher Kelly and assistant strength and conditioning coaches Matt Gebert and Bryant Harper.

Kelly was previously a director of player personnel at San Jose State under current Arizona head coach Brent Brennan.

Crowley spent one season at Western Michigan under head coach Lance Taylor, after spending the previous three seasons at UNLV under Rebels coach Marcus Arroyo. Arroyo was recently hired as offensive coordinator at Arizona State.

At UNLV, Crowley was a director of player personnel, interim director of football operations and then became chief of staff in 2022. Crowley was also the director of recruiting and player personnel at Southern Illinois for two seasons.

Before Crowley's front-office career began in college football, he was the midwest regional director of recruiting and scouting for "XOS Digital" in Chicago, where he edited highlights for prospects, rated players and traveled across the U.S. to demonstrate recruiting software programs.

The Tallahassee native and Florida State alumnus also contributed to the selection of players for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and Under Armour All-America game.

Since 2015, Gebert has held assistant strength and conditioning roles at Purdue, Florida International, Stanford and Indiana. At Stanford, he worked under current UA strength and conditioning coach Cullen Carroll. Arizona defensive coordinator Duane Akina was alsona defensive backs coach for the Cardinal when Gebert and Carroll were at Stanford.

Harper spent the last two seasons at Texas A&M as an assistant strength and conditioning coach on Jimbo Fisher's staff. Harper previously worked at Wake Forest and the U.S. Naval Academy.
