Big 12 football predictions: Picks vs. the spread for Week 4, including Texas Tech-Utah

While Arizona and Iowa State take the week off before the two unbeatens battle on Sept. 27 in Ames, the Big 12 basically concludes its nonconference schedule — while also featuring some massive league matchups in Week 4.

No. 17 Texas Tech and No. 16 Utah are getting the "Big Noon" treatment on FOX before their showdown in Salt Lake City.

Later in the day, West Virginia, fresh off an upset win in the "Backyard Brawl," visits Kansas.

Additionally, Arizona State squares off against Baylor — with the loser staring at a 2-2 record.
