The Tucson Baseball Team’s visa issues have led to another home series being relocated to Mexico.

TBT’s series scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Kino Veteran Memorial Stadium will now be played in Culiacán, Sinaloa, home of the Tomateros de Culiacán.

Tucson Baseball Team jerseys were displayed during a news conference in June announcing that the Mexican Pacific Winter League team planned to relocate from Navojoa, Sonora to Kino Veterans' Memorial Stadium.

The visa snafu for the relocated Mexican Pacific Winter League franchise first came to light in early October and has extended into November.

The next scheduled home series is Nov. 18-20 against Aguilas de Mexicali. TBT has seven more home series on the docket. The regular season ends Dec. 30.

Playing every game on the road, TBT took a 6-11 record into a three-game series at Jaguares de Nayarit scheduled for Tuesday-Thursday.
