Halloween isn't just for kids. Adults can and should dress up, get spooked and eat candy ... flavored ... drinks.

Get a group of friends together and enjoy any of these Halloween events.

Experience your nightmares come to life at any of these local haunted places before they go away.

Nightfall

When: Open on Thursdays between 6 and 10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays between 6 p.m. and midnight, and Sundays between 6 and 10 p.m.

Nightfall will be open on Halloween night between 6 and 10 p.m.

Location: Old Tucson, 201 S. Kinney Rd.

Cost: Adults (12 and older) pay $28 and children (9-11) pay $21

Slaughterhouse

When: Open on Thursdays between 7 and 10 p.m, Fridays and Saturdays between 7 p.m. and midnight and Sunday between 7 and 10 p.m.

The Slaughterhouse will open on Halloween between 7 and 11 p.m.

Location: 1102 W. Grant Rd.

Cost: There are four ticket options: Survivor ($23), 4 Fear ($23), Extreme VIP ($65) and Extreme ($35). Get your tickets and read about what each includes here.

Terror in the Corn

When: Open Thursday between 6:30 p.m. and midnight, Friday between 6 p.m. and midnight, Saturday between 5 p.m. and midnight and Sunday between 6:30 p.m. and midnight. 

The haunted corn maze will be open on Halloween between 6:30 p.m. and midnight.

Location: Buckelew Farm, 17000 W. Ajo Hwy.

Cost: $25 general admission, $30 for the fast pass, $5 for a flashlight and $1 per map.

Friday, Oct. 28

Enjoy some spooky sangria

You and your friends can dress up in your best costume and drink wine at The Living Room at La Encantada. There will be a DJ, drink specials starting at 6 p.m. and prizes for the best dressed.

When: Friday, Oct. 28, 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Where: The Living Room, 2905 E. Skyline Dr. #168

Cost: No cover but the drinks will cost you

Party on at Congress

Nightmare on Congress Street should be one of the places you hit that weekend. There will be a costume contest, dancing, drinks and plenty of cool prizes for the best dressed. (The costumes are ah-MAY-zing).

When: Friday, Oct. 28, 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Where: Hotel Congress, 311 E. Congress St.

Cost: $6 in advance and $8 on day of event

IBT's Nightmare on 4th Avenue Day 1

Flawless Friday is hosted by China Collins with special performances and $3.75 Smirnoff Flavored Vodkas. Check out the full list of events here.

Saturday, Oct. 29

Visit your favorite spooky town

Yes, Halloweentown has to be your favorite place. Go dressed up as your favorite Halloweentown character or just come in your best costume to watch the movies and drink some beer. 

When: Saturday, Oct. 29, 7-9 p.m.

Where: Casa Film Bar, 2905 E. Speedway Blvd.

Cost: Free and open to all but bring money for food and drinks

Enjoy a not-so-Halloween party

The Parish is throwing a Nolaweeen party where you can enjoy drink specials, good food and live music. Go dressed up in your best costume.

When: Saturday, Oct. 29, 8 p.m. to midnight

Where: The Parish, 6453 N. Oracle Rd.

Cost: Free but the food and drinks aren't

Celebrate Union's birthday

Union Public House is turning five on Halloweekend so that means there's two great reasons to go celebrate. It's a weekend-long celebration but Saturday and the day of Halloween are going to be the most fun. Take photos in the photo booth, participate in the costume contest, buy all the cheap drinks, eat candy from the candy bar and do so much more.

When: Saturday, Oct. 29, 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Where: Union Public House, 4340 N. Campbell Ave.

Cost: Free and open to anyone 21 and older

You're invited to Sky Bar's Halloween party

There will be bands playing, a special drink — that hasn't been decided on yet — a costume contest and prizes.

Enter your best costume

HighWire Lounge wants you to get all dressed up for a costume contest, drink specials and dancing.

Sunday, Oct. 30

Go to dinner and then a show

Devil's Night is coming to Club Congress and The Cup Cafe. Enjoy a four-course meal with spooky alcohol pairings and then enjoy the Devil's Night Concert with Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band, Supersuckers and Jesse Dayton.

When: Sunday, Oct. 30, Devil's Night Dinner at 7 p.m. and Devil's Night Concert at 7:30 p.m.

Cost: Dinner is $65 and the concert is $10 on day of event


Monday, Oct. 31 🎃

Go out if you dare

Halloween falls on a Monday this year, which is kind of a bummer but it doesn't have to be. Get your friends together for a party at Hotel Congress.

Watch a special IBT's Halloween show

Celebrate with IBT's as part of its Nightmare on 4th Avenue events. Watch Diva, China Collins and Janeé Starr take the stage but you can steal the show with your costume — the winner goes home with $500 cash.
