And with June, comes summer.

It's time for pool parties, Otter Pops and air conditioning because Arizona summers beg for it. It's hot out and we know it's only going to get hotter, so we're going to do our best to give you plenty of things to do that don't require being outside, under the sun, in 100-plus degree weather. 


Fun for the kiddos

First Friday Family Fun Day at Trail Dust Town

You need to be at Trail Dust Town every first Friday of each month this summer. Do some produce shopping at the farmers market, enjoy some live music, and children can enjoy unlimited ferris wheel, carousel and train rides for $6.

Wonder Woman day

Pick up a copy of two special-edition Wonder Woman books, as well as a Wonder Woman Day comic, at the Heroes and Villains comic store. You'll also get a free Wonder Woman tiara and bracelet set with any Wonder Woman themed purchase.

Father's Day Crafts at Valley of the Moon

Putt-ing Kids First at Golf N' Stuff

Outdoor screening of "All The President's Men"

This is for the journos or anyone that loves Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman. Cinema La Placita is kicking off this month's classic movie list with "All The President's Men" outside, under the stars. Don't forget some snacks.
