Car submerged in Stone Ave. underpass.

Arizona Daily Star reporters Yoohyun Jung and Murphy Woodhouse caught this moment in downtown Tucson of a submerged Volvo getting pulled out of the Stone Avenue underpass after heavy rainfall flooded the area.

City crews had to use a mobile pump to drain some of the water before removing the car.

Much of Tucson received around 3 inches of rain Tuesday morning as moisture from Tropical Storm Javier moved through Southern Arizona.
