Dream pods occupy Tucson's Veinte de Agosto Park

The Downtown Tucson Partnership maintenance workers clean up the sleeping area under and near the pedestrian bridge on the west end of Veinte de Agosto Park in downtown. Five oblong, wooden boxes called "dream pods" are currently lining the sidewalks of the park and serving as shelters.
