- Pods Tucson: Pods Tucson is providing its storage containers to two Tucson radio stations conducting spring donation drives. 106.3 the Groove and 94.9 MIXfm are encouraging community members to donate gently used clothing and household items to benefit the Salvation Army Rehab Centers of Tucson. The collection drive runs through April 15. Items can be dropped off at Salvation Army Thrift Store locations at 5757 N. Oracle Road and 6715 E. Tanque Verde Road.
- Davis-Monthan Thrift Shop: The shop generates funds for military youth and spouse scholarships as well as charitable military and community organizations to the tune of approximately $30,000. Profits are generated from the sale of donations and consignment items and the thrift shop is run primarily by volunteers from the military community. The store is open to anyone with base access.
