The new Topgolf facility opening in Marana later this fall is hiring approximately 300 people.
Open positions at the 53,000-square-foot venue at 4050 W. Costco Drive include servers, bartenders, kitchen, maintenance and guest services staff.

Topgolf boasts that its interview process is unlike traditional set-ups. Applicants are encouraged to leave their professional attire at home as they participate in group activities and navigate interactive panel interviews.
Recruitment events will take place offsite. Topgolf employees will receive free game play, discounts on food and beverages, and the opportunity to obtain insurance and participate in a 401(k) program.
The three-level range and entertainment center will feature 1,500 square feet of private event space and 72 climate-controlled hitting bays that can each host up to six players. Topgolf centers also feature full-service restaurants, bars and game rooms.
The Marana facility will be the third in Arizona, joining locations in Scottsdale and Gilbert.
