The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in a missing person’s case from 2000.

Kristopher Loesch was 10 years old when he disappeared in Tucson 24 years ago.

His mother, Tina Loesch, told friends and neighbors that she sent Kristopher live with his father in Washington, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

Kristopher Loesch was never seen again.

Tina Loesch and her partner Skye Hanson fled with Kristopher from Idaho to Arizona in 1998 after they after they were implicated in the death of Loesch’s mother, Barbara.

This age-progression image shows what Kristopher Loesch might look like now. He’s been missing since 2000, when he was 10 years old.

Barbara Loesch was found electrocuted in her bathtub, according to previous reports in the Arizona Daily Star. PCSD deputies said Barbara Loesch had a large insurance policy that was paid out to her daughter.

It wasn’t until 2008, that the Pima County Sheriff’s Department became aware of the missing child.

The television show America’s Most Wanted featured Loesch and Hanson as suspects in Barbara Loesch’s murder.

Hours after the show aired, the two were found shot dead in an SUV parked in a remote area west of the Tucson Mountains and northwest of the city.

A note was found inside the vehicle alluding to a suicide pact, the sheriff’s department says.

Following their death, Kristopher Loesch has never been seen again and deputies are concerned that something may have happened to him prior to the shootings.

Kristopher Loesch would be about 34-years-old now.

Anyone with information about Kristopher Loesch’s whereabouts is asked to call the department’s cold case detectives at 520-351-3486 or call 88-CRIME to remain anonymous.
